As the Easter holiday approaches, we would like to provide you with an update regarding our service arrangements and processing times to help you manage your accounts effectively.
Please take note of the following details:
Deposits
All deposit methods will remain fully operational and unaffected throughout the holiday period. You may continue to fund your account as usual.
Withdrawals
Most withdrawal methods will continue to operate normally. However, please be aware of the following schedule for Bank Wire Withdrawals:
- Requests submitted before 12:00 PM (AEST) on April 2nd: These will be processed according to our standard timelines.
- Requests submitted after 12:00 PM (AEST) on April 2nd: These will be processed starting from April 7th.
We encourage you to plan your funding and trading activities in advance to avoid any potential inconvenience during this time.
